After several years of effort by two local guys and with the help of the Forest Service Lake Como now hostess about 30 miles of groomed trails for cross country and skate skiing. This area offers many advantages; it’s close to Hamilton, allows all skill levels to enjoy the sport, its dog friendly, and offers awesome views and its free. From Panorama Point you can see Tin Cup, the Comos, Rock Creek, Camas, Ward and the whole Sapphire Range it’s spectacular. Parking is plentiful.
