MORNING GLORY BREAD
2 1/2 C sugar
4 C flour
4 t. cinnamon
4t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 C raisins or dried cranberries
1 C coconut, shredded
4 C shredded carrots
2 apples, shredded
1 C pecans, chopped
6 eggs
1 C vegetable oil

1 can Carnation evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 C sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 C cooked rice
