Hamilton Montana July Events
Well, it’s been a few days since my last note, due to our system being down, but things are up and I hope back to normal.
HAMILTON JULY EVENTS:
Saturdays – The Valley Farmers Market continues thru October and is a gathering of locals and visitors to the area. The Market offers locally grown organic produce, locally baked goods and many arts and crafts for the local community.
July 10-12 BIG SKY FOX TROTTER ASSOCIATION’S 14TH ANNUAL SHOW – This show highlights the Missouri Fox Trotter horse, and features classes for youth and adult competition.
July 11-13 BITTERROOT VALLEY BLUGEGRASS FESTIVAL – This Festival offers the best Bluegrass Music found anywhere in the state of Montana. A pickers festival!
July 18 – 20 TREASURE STATE ART SHOW – This biennial event continues to grow in popularity – past years the show has featured works by over 100 western artists.
July 19 – The “Moon Walks” – These walks are based on the book by Francis Hammerstrom, Walk When the Moon is Full, which is about her children and the nature walks they took every month under the full moon. July’s walk will be at Lake Como.
July 25-26 DALY DAYS – Fun for the Whole Family! Celebration of Hamilton’s heritage.
July 26 – ANNUAL BITTERROOT MICROBREW FEST – This is a tasting event that offers a variety of food, microbrews and non-alcoholic beverages as well as entertainment.
July 26-27 ART IN THE PARK – This show has fine arts and quality crafts, which features artists from throughout the state.
